Free Home Repairs for Israel's Struggling Families

What is Quality of Life?

Quality of Life provides simple but essential home repairs for almost 4,000 destitute families yearly, empowering them with a healthier, safer and more dignified environment in which to thrive.

How does it feel to live with broken windows, a front door that doesn’t lock, a toilet that has no seat? Countless times each day, underprivileged families in Israel suffer dangerous and demoralizing situations.

Free of charge, QOL repairmen mend broken furniture, secure exposed electrical wiring, mount drawer slides, replace faulty outlets, restring laundry lines, fix cabinet hinges, install door handles, ... and the list goes on.

In a few hours, a hazardous, dilapidated and broken-down apartment is transformed into a safe, welcoming and functional home.

We aim to improve the lives of the most vulnerable people in our communities, granting them the vision behind our name: Quality of Life.

Quality of Life is a certified U.S. nonprofit 501(c)3  (tax ID #38-4055992)

and a registered Israeli Amuta (Eichut Chaim,  #580606747).

I cannot describe how happy my kids were to see all the changes in the house!  The light can finally be switched on and the outlet suddenly works!

Wow! There is no other organization like this in the world! There were things that hadn't been fixed in years and my kids were always so embarrassed.
